Abstract
The fully programmable parallel scrambler uses the properties of linearity and time invariance of the serialscrambler type ''rest''.
It allows processing of data in parallel, providing 128 values of the sequence scrambler at every shot of clock, enabling the selection of any primitive polynomial up to a maximum level of 32 as the divisor in the Galois field.
The circuit, designed for the use in optical communications, consists of about 20000 logic gates and generates sequences scrambler with a bit rate of 20 Gbit / s.
The extension of the project for the generation of symbols at higher bit rates (40 Gbit / s) is immediately derived.
